Please read these terms carefully before booking your Bhutan journey with us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Inscape Journeys ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website, making an inquiry, or booking a tour with Inscape Journeys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you're not comfortable with these Terms, we completely understand and kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.
To ensure a smooth journey, please provide accurate personal information, including passport details, names exactly as they appear on your passport, dates of birth, dietary preferences, and any health conditions. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may lead to extra fees or, in some cases, entry issues in Bhutan.
50% of the tour payment to be deposited when confirming the trip. This deposit secures your accommodations, permits, and guide services.
The remaining 50% of the balance payment can be deposited any time after the first deposit but latest before one month (30 days) of arrival date.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. There will be a 5% payment processing fee (payment gateway).
All prices are quoted in USD and INR. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.
We hope this does not happen to your trip to Bhutan, but if there is no other way than to cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees apply:

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:
We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (flights, visas, etc.) if we must cancel a tour.
For air tickets issued and subsequently cancelled, the following apply:
For tickets issued and subsequently rescheduled: USD $40 rescheduling fee or equivalent local currency for every flight reschedule less than 72 hours prior to date of travel. No charges for business class passengers.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. We will assist with Bhutan visa applications, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring you have proper documentation.
You must be in reasonable health to participate in tours. Some activities require moderate to high fitness levels. Inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory for all travelers. However, we strongly encourage obtaining coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost baggage for your peace of mind.
The Royal Government of Bhutan requires all tourists to pay a Sustainable Development Fee. For adults from all countries except India: USD $100 per person per night. Children aged 6-11 years: USD $50 per night. Children under 6 years: Free. For Indian nationals (with valid Indian passport or Voter ID): INR 1,200 per person per night. Children aged 6-11 years: INR 600 per night. Children under 6 years: Free. This fee is included in your tour package and is non-refundable, except for nights not spent in Bhutan due to early departure.
Inscape Journeys acts only as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, activity operators). We are not liable for:
Travel to Bhutan involves certain risks including high altitudes, remote locations, and challenging terrain. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
As a traveler, you are responsible for:
We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful.
We may capture photographs or videos during your tour to share the beauty of Bhutan and our journeys. We will always ask for your permission first and will never use any images without your prior approval. Your privacy and comfort are our top priority.
If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform your guide or contact our operations team immediately so we can address it promptly.
Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion to info@inscapebhutan.com. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Bhutan and resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Inscape Journeys and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Bookings made before changes take effect will be governed by the Terms in place at the time of booking.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhutan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.
